Considered by many to be the world leader in ophthalmic lens processing systems, Gerber Coburn develops a wide range of optical lens manufacturing equipment for eye care professionals around the world. Alaska Eye Care Centers, after careful consideration and input from patients, purchased the Gerber Coburn Gamma in April of 1998.
This machine is a state-of-the-art lens finishing system that is accurate, compact, and fast--addressing our primary concerns for quality of lens work, accuracy of prescriptions, and turn around on jobs. The Gamma features the latest technology in frame tracing and lens edging using three dimensional control. The result is highly accurate shapes and sizing with increased quality. As a patient of Alaska Eye Care Centers, you only need to witness the quality of work our in-house lab continues to produce day after day. We're confident you will not find better quality in the state. Just another way we are keeping a watchful eye on Alaska's vision.
